Directions from the A38 (from Exeter)

• Leave the A38 at the exit signposted Ermington (A3121), Modbury, Yealmpton (A379)
• At the end of the slip road, turn left towards Ugborough / Ermington (A3121)
• After approximately 1 mile, take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A3121
• Continue for around half a mile, then turn right to Ugborough (the village and church will be visible ahead)
• Follow the road into the village, bearing left between the stone walls, and continue past The Ship Inn
• As you enter the square, keep right and drive along its length
• The Haven is the penultimate house - a grey house with a red door.
